Data Protection Addendum

The Data Protection Addendum ("DPA") is incorporated into and made part of theTerms of Service and governs the processing of personal data by Videosdk as Processor on behalf of Customer. The DPA pre-signed on behalf of Videosdk can be downloaded from here. To enter into this DPA, Customer must (i) be a Customer of Videosdk Service; (ii) download and complete the signature by signing and providing all relevant information; and (iii) submit the completed and Signed DPA to us.
